Keiser Fitness ProgramAt She's Fit! it is never to late to get started no matter what your age or shape we feature a program that  is the answer for you.  Our fitness programs for seniors are for people with fast-paced lifestyles and overloaded schedules who say they are too busy to get fit. 

Fitness for SeniorDuring this program you perform alternating strength and stretching exercises/active rest, targeting all major muscle groups, to maximize results and recovery time.  The XPress Training System does not just recommend stretching, it programs the most appropriate stretches right/active rest into the exercise session.  Carefully selected stretches are performed after each strength exercise to act as an "active rest" period, speed recovery, and maximize results.

For best results we recommend you complete an uninterrupted cardio session of about 13 – 18 minutes before joining the class to reach your target heart rate.

Exercise for SeniorsFeatures of the Keiser Xpress program include: no shock loading to connective tissue and joints, the ability to change resistance at any time with fingertip control, consistent variable resistance curve at any speed, privacy of workload, and resistance changeable at 1/10 pound increments. You will increase lean body mass, lose body fat, improve your flexibility and achieve total body conditioning.
