This class will keep you moving by only allowing minimal breaks between exercises. If you absolutely must rest, you can take 10 seconds to walk around and then start again. Overall, whatever the user does, the goal is not to stop moving. The Speed Zone is for Everybody! Circuit training is for exercisers of all fitness levels. Participants can work at a pace that is comfortable for them and set the resistance and intensity of the exercises suitable for their abilities. |
