The Keiser Xpress program provides you with many benefits. You’ll enjoy the ability to change resistance at any time, and the way the no-shock loading pampers your joints and connective tissue. Your workout level is private, as you engage at any speed using consistent variable resistance. You can even change your resistance 1/10 of a pound at a time. Your bottom line?
