What is the Stretch and Core class?
This quick, half-hour class makes adding a core workout to your daily routine easy. Your instructor will carefully explain each Stretch and Core exercise so you understand how it works and why it’s so important to your overall fitness. Proper breathing, form, technique, and timing are all part of what you learn from your teacher. To ensure your safety and comfort, members are encouraged to complete a 10-15 minute cardio warm up before class. The class itself features 8 to 10 different core exercises, leading up to 8 to 10 focused core stretches.
