We’re back in business!
We are excited to announce that as of June 1, 2020, we opened our Club16 and She’s FIT! clubs with limited capacity and certain restrictions.
While we understand the risks associated with COVID-19 we also believe in the positive impact exercise has on our overall well-being and immune system. The Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness & She’s FIT! re-opening structuring plan was guided by local and public health authorities. We acknowledge this situation is ever-evolving and are committed to actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our members and staff. As we move forward into the next phases,the health and safety of our staff and members is a top priority. See page 2 for some of the protective measures we are taking to ensure your safety.
Welcome back! -the Club16 team
- 1/4 cupraw apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cupolive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey OR maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt OR sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Optional: Add in about 1/8 cup chopped red onion
OR 1/2 clove of chopped fresh garlic
Place all ingredients in a small mason jar, shake until well combined and store in the fridge.
HACK: you can double the batch if needed. Will last up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
BENEFITS: Using raw apple cider vinegar “with the mother” in it, which is full of healthy probiotics and good for gut health, which is where 70% of the cells that make up our immune system live. Add some garlic for additional infection-fighting properties.
