At She’s FIT!, we want you to succeed. We are with you every step of the way as you work towards your fitness, weight loss and health goals.

Starting a fitness program isn’t easy, and can even feel intimidating. Research proves that 61% of fitness center members stop coming within six weeks of their start date, and 21% of them don’t even make a second or third trip to the gym. Why? Not enough member support!

As a new member of She’s FIT! you won’t become a statistic. We begin every single new member on our Member Assistance Program (MAP). We care about your success, and we want to help you get there.

MAP engages you just as you begin your fitness journey through a series of appointments set up by your gym representative. Your first MAP date is for a fitness assessment; this allows our highly-trained staff to define your personal starting point and give you the benchmarks you need to assess your progress. Your fitness assessment provides crucial details about your blood pressure, body composition, and heart rate to further customize your plan.

Three other appointments follow this initial assessment. They are geared towards educating you about your many She’s FIT! options and getting you acclimated to our group training sessions and benefits.

Your MAP sessions should leave you confident and comfortable enough to work out anywhere in our facility, and if they don’t we are here to answer all of your questions. Our offerings and expert advice will ensure that you never get bored with your fitness program, and that you’re always challenged and supported.
