workout’. You can book 1 session per day.

Come prepared

Please come ready to your workout with appropriate attire (no open-toed shoes or sandals), and a workout towel (we encourage you to use your towel on the equipment during your exercises.)
Additionally, for your first appointment please arrive 15 minutes early so our Team can familiarize you with your Club membership privileges.

Arrive on time

please arrive to your session on time (not too early) and our staff will
check you in at our entrance.
